Quotes, approval, and scheduling
Package prices are estimated ranges in USD for the listed scope. A submitted brief is a request, not a confirmed appointment or delivery commitment. RNB IDT confirms the exact scope, total price, payment arrangement, and schedule in your quote. Review and approve that quote before sending payment.
What is included
Animation packages cover standard short logo, text, or approved-art animations and the matching PNGs described in the package. Complex character work, longer scenes, video editing, and additional scope are quoted separately. Revision rounds refer to consolidated feedback within the agreed direction.
Remote setup covers digital services using your assembled, connected equipment. On-site setup is available in South Florida after location confirmation. Equipment, accessories, paid software, and travel costs are separate unless expressly included in the quote.
Artwork and access
Supply artwork, music, fonts, and other materials you have permission to use. Any licensing, source-file delivery, and usage requirements should be agreed in your written quote. Do not send account passwords or bank details through project briefs or support tickets. You remain in control of your account sign-ins during setup.
Payment and project changes
Use only the payment recipient or hosted checkout specified for your approved order. A submitted payment reference is not proof of receipt. Card payments through the project checkout are confirmed by the payment processor; other payment methods are verified by RNB IDT before the order is marked paid. If you need to change scope, cancel paid work, or discuss a refund, open a support ticket so the studio can review the agreed quote and work already completed. Request any cancellation and refund conditions in writing before paying.
Support
Packages include 30 days of basic technical support for delivered work. Additional design or setup is $45/hour; remote maintenance after 30 days is $20/hour. Additional paid work is agreed before it starts. Human support is asynchronous through tickets and email; instant quick-help answers do not represent a live agent.

The preview studio contains original concept examples for style reference. They do not represent completed customer commissions, client endorsements, or the exact assets included in a custom order.
